Coastal Commodity: Beachfront Luxury Oasis with Hot Tub and Gulf Views - Sleeps 28!

Front row on the beach with private access. Exactly what our family wanted.

This was our first visit to Panama City. We took our large family expecting to have a clean house with comfortable beds and nice living quarters.The house floors were dirty with black dog hair all over the beds and nightstands. The kitchen cabinet door was broke, my son in law fixed it, the door going outside, the handle came off and he fixed that as well. The glass cabinet on the counter was disgusting. The beds on the second floor were absolutely awful need to be updated. For the price we paid it should have been 5star, but it is more of a 1star. The host was nice and got a man to come change the bedding because of the dog hair he proceeds to tell us the owners stayed there before we did and had their dogs. I cannot believe the owners would not clean up after their selves. I was embarrassed because I promised my family that VRBO was great and well this was the worst. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The owners need to either sale it or remodel it and take pride in what they have. This was totally unacceptable in my opinion. The coffee pot in the little cottage did not work and it smelled weird. The whole place smelled like sewer. This was the worst vacation house we have ever rented.

Very nice house, great location with an awesome ocean view from almost every room. The only negative thing I can say is the hot tub never worked correctly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would choose this location again, just wish we could have used the hot tub.

The stay was great. Had some slight issues with the hot tub but we were able to work through it with the owner. Overall it was a fantastic stay would recommend to everyone.
