Responsive manager!
The condo does not have a pleasant smell. We ended up having a leak from the bathroom to the condo below. We had workers in the condo 3 days in a row. The workers were polite and efficient, and fixed the problem.
I reached out to the manager/owner and he was responsive to our requests.
I am hopeful that the repair will take care of the smell.
I would suggest cleaning the rugs in the condo...they may be a source for the urine smell.
