Walking distance to Seaside and the beach!

Amazing location and beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay! Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our evenings at home, and the location made beach time so simple. This house is not the most updated compared to some of the others we’ve stayed at (been visiting the area for 13 years), but it’s comfortable. We had an issue with one of the beds, but the property manager was quick to address and resolve the best he could. It’s a sweet little place with a lot to offer to anyone looking for the basics. Plan to bring your own shower products, beach towels, laundry detergent, extra TP, and paper towels. Also, the grill is an electric George Foreman.

This property is in a perfect location, lots of beds for large family, and host was very responsive. We will be back! The ONLY suggestion I can make is to add some comforters at foot of beds or in closets. The beds all have traditional bedspreads, and we wanted more layers at night.

Wonderful

This place is in the perfect location for a 30A trip! It’s about a 15 minute walk (with little kids) to the shops and restaurants in Seaside and less than a 5 minute walk to multiple beach access points. It scored bonus points for being able to access Seaside from the residential side without having to walk on 30A itself. The property is located on a very quiet street and well removed from traffic and noise. The layout of the house itself might be a little weird if there is multiple families with children, since 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs, but that is by no means a dealbreaker. We appreciated the multiple beds in the same rooms for the toddlers. Compared to other giant houses in the area, I wouldn’t call it “luxury”, but it has everything you need to cook, sleep, do laundry, and relax in between outings. The only two minor negatives we noticed is there was some dirty dishes, which falls more on the last visitor than anything, and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels in the house. Understandably it’s not a hotel, but we were surprised there wasn’t a couple extras of each. Check in was smooth and simple and there are multiple parking spots in front of the house. All in all this property is a great bang for your buck at its price point. Its location is hard to beat. We would definitely stay here again!
