Villa Rosemary - Hot Tub, Shared Pool, Sleeps 14

Loved our stay. As advertised and just a couple steps to the beach. Todd and his team were very responsive for any questions or requests. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Every household amenity was supplied in more than enough quantity. The house was very clean and had more than enough room. The pool was nearby and very clean. The hot tub at the house was also very clean. The only minor issues were found were that the master bedroom door would not lock, and I couldn't get the jets in the master bedroom to work. That part could have been user error. Overall, I would stay there again. The beach was amazing!!

The property is as listed. The pool is a couple lots away and I wasn't aware of that (probably from my lack of reading the initial description) but the house is wonderful. There are people that may be staying in the section of the house above the rental. Not really an issue. We had some very loud upstairs neighbors though and the host was efficient and professional on handling it with clear communication. The parking situation was somewhat of a nightmare, only due to the upstairs guests taking the whole driveway. It really does only allow 3 cars, so that did make us have to rearrange a little bit

Great beach house that fit our needs and large extended family. Todd was very helpful navigating minor difficulties.

Great split level house on the beach. The area was quiet and not crowded. Nice community pool
