Great beach house that fit our needs and large extended family. Todd was very helpful navigating minor difficulties.

Great split level house on the beach. The area was quiet and not crowded. Nice community pool

Location was just what we needed with access to the beach right at our back door. We couldn’t ask for a better place.

Tequilla Sunrise is a beautifully decorated beach house and we loved staying there. However a few things could make is almost perfect. The pantry is locked so no where to put any food or supplies in the kitchen. Also no furniture in the bedrooms for clothes -such as dressers or chest. Also the closet was locked in the Queen bedroom upstairs so absolutely no where to put clothes or luggage etc. not even night stands. TVs in the bedrooms would be helpful also. Just a few things to make this the perfect beach home. We had a wonderful week with beautiful beach across the street. beauweekalupstairs Also th

Great house and location. Right on the beach. Todd and team were very helpful. If you are sleeping more than 8 adults it get's tight really quick.
